Dressing

  • 1 dl rapeseed oil

  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated

Do this

  • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and turn around with the meat slices. Leave to marinate for an hour or so, but preferably overnight.
  • Boil the potatoes in salted water. Shred the bacon and fry it crispy in a dry frying pan. Drain on paper towels
  • Whisk or mix together the ingredients for the dressing until it becomes smooth and creamy. Split the potatoes when they have cooled and toss into the dressing together with greeonions, red onions and capers.
  • Season with salt and pepper and top with crumbled feta cheese, bacon and parsley when serving.
  • Grill the meat to a nice color and well-grilled if it is rare. Beef is good medium grilled. Salt and pepper. Serve the meat with the potato salad.
