Making food from these countries is magical, it smells so good in the kitchen from all the spices. This dish was very good and the legs were perfectly juicy and tender. I really like the food from this area.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of lamb
  • 3 tbsp seven spices (An Asian spice blend)
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 2 dl vinegar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cardamom capsules
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 dried lime
  • 2 dl meat stock
  • Salt

1, Rinse the calves in cold water, place the calves in a bowl and add vinegar and plenty of salt. rinse the calves again.

2, Season the calves with seven spices. Pour quite a lot and rub all the calves with it. Let them rest so the flavor of the spices penetrates the meat.

3, Brown the shins in a frying pan or as I did in my instant pot, Remove the shins

4, Add the onion and all the spices and the broth in a saucepan or in the instant pot, Boil and put the calves down.

5, Pressure cook the legs in the instant pot for 40 minutes or in a saucepan on the stove for 2 hours. The meat should be tender and almost fall off the bones.

6, Serve the legs with rice of your choice.
