Ingredients

  • 200g peeled prawns
  • 100g crayfish tails
  • 0.5 leeks
  • 1 pot of dill
  • 0.5 dl mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • a good bread

Do this

  • Peel the prawns and squeeze the liquid from them, rinse the crayfish tails if they are bought in a can. Cut shrimp and crayfish tails into 3 parts.
    Rinse and cut the leek and chop the dill
  • Mix prawns, crayfish tails, leeks and dill in a bowl. Add mayonnaise (perhaps a little more than 0.5 dl. the mixture should be firm and creamy and not too loose), lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Place some lettuce leaves on a plate and make a round puck out of the mess. Put the bread on the side. Put pickled red onion, dill and a lemon wedge on the plate with
