Ingredients

  • 600g beef fillet, finely sliced
  • 3 shallots, finely sliced
  • 100g champignons, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 dl cream
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 3 tbsp red wine sauce recipe can be found HERE
  • 3 tablespoons cognac
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • olive oil

Do this

  • Saute onions and mushrooms in the butter, let them take a little color
  • Add cream and red wine sauce. Season with cognac, capers, salt and pepper, finish with the mustard, keep warm.
  • Heat a frying pan properly and add oil, quickly fry the beef filet, season generously with black pepper and a little salt.

  • Serve with parsley on top, some roasted potatoes and a simple good green salad.
