Ingredients
- 600g beef fillet, finely sliced
- 3 shallots, finely sliced
- 100g champignons, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp red wine sauce recipe can be found HERE
- 3 tablespoons cognac
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- olive oil
Do this
- Saute onions and mushrooms in the butter, let them take a little color
- Add cream and red wine sauce. Season with cognac, capers, salt and pepper, finish with the mustard, keep warm.
- Heat a frying pan properly and add oil, quickly fry the beef filet, season generously with black pepper and a little salt.

- Serve with parsley on top, some roasted potatoes and a simple good green salad.
